PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief device for actualizing the diversion of air from a main flow into a sub flow. SOLUTION: The relief device comprises an inside opening part 26 of an inside shroud 16, an outside opening part 28 of an outside shroud 18, relief circuits 32, 34, 36, 52, 56 for connecting the inside opening part 26 to the outside opening part 28, and blanking means 58, 60, 62, 64, 66 for opening/closing the relief circuits. It also has an upstream hole 32 of an intermediate casing 20, a downstream hole 34 of the intermediate casing, and an annular channel 52 defined by the intermediate casing, the outside shroud and a connection partition 54. The connection partition has the blanking means mounted on the intermediate casing via the annular channel to encircle the downstream hole and mounted on the outside shroud via the annular channel to encircle the outside opening part.
