PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wet cement producing apparatus 100 which can efficiently produce wet cement, contributes to shortened working hours, and facilitates the cleaning thereof after using the same. SOLUTION: The wet cement producing apparatus 100 functions to form the wet cement and at the same time to charge or disperse the cement to a civil engineering field where a soil improvement is required. The wet cement producing apparatus is formed of: a chassis 10 which can freely move in the civil engineering field; a mixing machine 20 which is arranged on the chassis 10 and functions to mix cement with water to produce the wet cement; and a cement tank 30 which is detachably arranged on the mixing machine 20 for charging the cement into the mixing machine 20 by a screw conveyor 31. The flowing direction of the cement by the screw conveyor 31 is inverted to the flowing direction of the wet cement in the mixing machine 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
