PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint reinforcement unit as a factory product, which is universally applicable, and facilitates construction of a concrete projected structure such as a balcony floor slab and a wing wall from a reinforced concrete externally insulated outside wall, in the form of a cantilever. SOLUTION: There is provided an incombustible support block which is formed by rigidly penetrating one of Z reinforcements 1 each obtained by securing a Z upper reinforcement 1U and a Z lower reinforcement 1D together by means of a Z truss reinforcement in one body, into an incombustible heat insulation material 4B that can be rigidly fitted into a fitting hole H1 formed in a heat insulation layer 2B or 3B externally covering the outside wall of a reinforced concrete building.
