摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating agent having no problem on safety and environment and capable of forming a film with high strength without needing a high temperature, and a manufacturing method for a polylactic acid film with high strength. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for the cross-linked polylactic acid film is characterized in that it includes steps of preparing a water-based emulsion of a star type poly-L-lactic acid in which a photoreactive substituent is introduced and a water-based emulsion of a star type poly-D-lactic acid in which a photoreactive substituent is introduced respectively, a step of mixing both the emulsions to make a mixed emulsion, a coating step of coating a base material with the mixed emulsion, the drying step of drying the coated mixed emulsion, and a UV ray irradiation step of irradiating the coating film formed by drying the mixed emulsion with a UV ray.
