The actuator member, having a locked member, and the latch member has a locking member which restrains the rotational movement of the actuator member and a coefficient of repulsion between the latch stop member and the latch member is a coefficient of repulsion such that, in the event that the housing receives an impact when the actuator is in a standby state, the locking member of the latch member reaches a lockable rotation angle before the locked member of the actuator member reaches the lockable rotation angle. In the event that various impacts are applied, it is possible to prevent the actuator member from jumping out to the recording medium.
