The invention relates to an ultrasonic apparatus (10) comprising a support means (2) for accommodating a portion of a patient (14), said support means comprising a first reservoir (8) with a transmission medium, wherein the support means further comprises an ultrasonic wave source (9) having an emitting surface (7) being conceived to be oriented towards the portion of the patient (14) in use, the said ultrasonic apparatus further comprising a substantially transparent aperture (26) arranged in the support means (2) for enabling an inspection of the first reservoir. The invention further relates to a therapeutic system and a method of increasing a workflow of an ultrasonic apparatus.
