The tool has a fixed plate with passage openings for guiding a punching, shaping or trimming die (10 -12), which acts as a stripper for a scrap material. A guiding channel is provided for guiding the scrap material. The die is displaceably fastened to a piston rod (9) of a working piston (8) of a drive cylinder (6) axis parallely to a longitudinal axis (16) of the drive cylinder and forms an anti-twist plate. The die is guided through the piston rod and a guiding and stripping plate (13). An independent claim is also included for a measuring device for adjusting a processing and trimming measure of goods to be processed by a punching tool.
