<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of an all-solid lithium secondary battery capable of obtaining the all-solid lithium secondary battery suppressing failure caused by internal short circuit even when a solid electrolyte layer is made thin and having high energy density and high reliability. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the all-solid lithium secondary battery having at least a negative electrode layer of a metallic foil which is previously pressed, a positive electrode layer, and a solid electrolyte layer interposed between the negative electrode layer and the positive electrode layer has a negative electrode integrating process in which press molding for integrating the metallic foil with the solid electrolyte layer is performed at lower pressure than pressure previously applied to the metallic foil. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
