<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide desired steering responsiveness regardless of principal axes of inertia of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: This vehicle behavior control device is assembled in a vehicle, and configured to control the behavior of the vehicle. In the vehicle behavior control device, a steering angle sensor detects a steering angle δ<SB>H</SB>of a handle in the vehicle, and a setting part sets a target yaw moment M to be added to the vehicle based on the detected steering angle δ<SB>H</SB>and vehicle data including the principal axes of inertia of the vehicle.
