<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosensitive recording medium, which provides enough color developing sensitivity and image quality and keeps imprinting properties, scratching properties, the water resistance and light resistance of an image part favorable. <P>SOLUTION: In the thermosensitive recording medium comprising a support overlaid with a thermosensitive recording layer including colorless or light-colored basic leuco dye and electron acceptive developer and a protective layer, 3-(N-ethyl-p ethylphenol amino)-6-methyl-7-anilinofluoran is included as the electron donative lueco dye in the thermosensitive recording layer and, at the same time the protective layer includes powdered cellulose in order to manifest excellent effects. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
