RUBBER COMPOSITION FOR SEMI-CONDUCTIVE ROLLER AND SEMI-CONDUCTIVE ROLLER USING IT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition for a semi-conductive roller which is less in fluctuation in electrical resistance for every roller made in the same manufacturing lot and is lower in the enviromental dependency of electrical resistance in the roller using ion conductive rubber in a semi-conductive layer, and to provide a semi-conductive roller using the rubber composition.

SOLUTION: The rubber composition for the semi-conductive roller has 3 to 10 parts weight of antistatic agent such as a composition of lithium salt and adipic acid for 100 parts weight of base rubber which is a blend of epichlorohydrin rubber and NBR. The semi-conductive roller uses the rubber composition for the semi-conductive roller.
