<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current supply circuit capable of reducing dark current and electric power consumption. <P>SOLUTION: This current supply circuit comprises a power supply circuit 3 for supplying a current of the same magnitude as a reference current generated according to a power supply voltage to the other circuit, a power supply fluctuation predicting means 4 for predicting fluctuation of the power supply voltage according to the state of loads 7, and a reference current variable means 5 for varying the magnitude of the reference current when the fluctuation of the power supply voltage is predicted. The power supply fluctuation predicting means 4 predicts the fluctuation of the power supply voltage according to the operating state of a specific load performing an operation causing the fluctuation of the power supply voltage among the loads. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
