<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically apply model data registered or updated in each area to model data of another area without affecting the processing time of a simulation execution section. <P>SOLUTION: A model difference management section 240 automatically transmits the registered or updated model data to a simulation device of another area.
