PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductive polyimide belt having a high elastic modulus, the reduced coefficient of friction of the outer surface and the coefficient of friction of the inner surface which is higher than that of the outer surface without forming a laminated structure. SOLUTION: The semiconductive polyimide belt contains a silicon modified polyimide having a molar content of a silicon-containing repeating unit of 0.1/100 to 15/100, and has a tensile elastic modulus of≥2,000 MPa, the coefficient of friction of the outer surface of <0.4 and a ratio between the coefficients of friction of the inner and outer surfaces (inner surface/outer surface) of≥1.1.
