PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To overcome the problem that, in the conventional prediction information for a dangerous degree of the occurrence of a landslide disaster, a detailed specification of the occurrence part is difficult or the accuracy of the dangerous degree prediction information is not always satisfactory in many cases, and the evacuation orders have not been issued by mayors, town managers or village headmen. SOLUTION: A system includes: a means 1 for setting an evacuation unit as pre-information before the occurrence of rainfall; a means 2 for setting a dangerous degree level based on the rainfall; a means 3 for setting a dangerous degree level based on a precursory phenomenon; and a means 4 for setting a general dangerous degree level obtained by combining the dangerous degree level based on the precursory phenomenon and the dangerous degree level based on the rainfall. After the occurrence of rainfall, a dangerous degree level display 8 is performed by using an evaluation 7 of the general dangerous degree level which is obtained by combining an evaluation 5 of the dangerous degree level based on the rainfall information with an evaluation 6 of the dangerous degree level based on the precursory phenomenon.
