PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carburetor including a casing determining an air intake, a first member fixed to the casing and including an inlet hole fluid-communicated with the air intake, and a second member rotatably mounted on the casing, the second member substantially preventing an air flow into the inlet hole at a first position relative to the first member, the second member exposing the inlet hole to the air flow at a second position relative to the first member, thereby solving problems on conventional art. SOLUTION: The carburetor has the casing which determines an air inlet and which is fluid-connected to a throttle system. A rotatable choke is connected to the carburetor and includes a plate with the inlet hole fluid-communicated with the air inlet. A dial is rotatably mounted on the casing to encircle part of the plate. The dial substantially closes the inlet hole when at the first position relative to the plate.
