PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed type constant velocity universal joint which is compact in an axial direction and a diameter direction, and easily achieves higher strength and a higher angle. SOLUTION: A cylindrical outer ring 30 is formed in common, and a fixed type joint part 10 is arranged on one end side and a sliding type joint part 20 is arranged on the other end side. A shaft 11 is inserted in an inner ring 12 of the fixed type joint part 10 so as to transmit torque, a convex spherical part 15 is provided at an end of a shaft 11 of the fixed type joint part 10 and a concave spherical part 25 is provided at an end part of the shaft 21 inserted in an inner ring 22 of the sliding type joint part 20 so as to transmit torque. The fixed type joint part 10 and the sliding type joint part 20 are connected to each other via a spherical pair 40 including the convex spherical part 15 and the concave spherical part 25, and an outer circumference surface 15a of the convex spherical part 15 is constantly in contact with a tapered end surface 12a of an end part of the inner ring 21.
