PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flexible hume pipe of simple and low-cost structure, assuring a sufficient flexural strength at normal times, which keeps water-tightness in the event of change in ground foundation and the occurrence of earthquake. SOLUTION: The hume pipe 1 is furnished with a flexible part 3 in the middle of the pipe body 2, wherein the flexible part 3 comprises a pair of front and rear annular members 4 arranged with their inner ends abutted to each other, a plurality of bolt fixing metal plates 5 installed at the outer ends opposite the inner ends of the annular members 4 in such a way as extending toward the center from the internal circumferential surfaces of the outer ends and having bolt mounting holes 9 penetrating in the direction fore and aft, and a rubber-like flexible member 6 affixed to the internal circumferential surfaces of the pair of butted annular members 4 in such a way as straddling the front and rear annular members 4 to give flexibility to them, characterized by that the pair of annular members 4 are coupled with each other by fastening together the bolt fixing plates 5 confronting in the fore-and-aft direction.
