<p>The method involves activating an indicator, and attaching a protection filter on the indicator by a thermal transfer printing. A thermal transfer belt (76) is inserted with two traces running parallel in a longitudinal direction, where one of the traces exhibits a protection filter material i.e. UV filter, and another trace exhibits printing ink. Another thermal transfer belt is inserted with sections adjacent to each other, where one of the sections exhibits the protection filter material and another section exhibits the printing ink.
