The generator is attached to a water tank (I) with five special elements (II) provided under water and connected by an oblong connector (III). A kinetic energy of the elements is transmitted to the oblong connector, where the elements receive the kinetic energy from a common connecter when a floating body is pulled under the water by the elements. A kinetic energy receiving and converting device (IV) converts the kinetic energy into electric current. A belt on which the bodies run is tensioned at the rollers and the oblong connector.
