<p>Radiator reinforcements having extended contact surfaces are provided to prevent a heated core from causing the contacting surfaces from being separated from the core by extending extension units, which are extended on two side surfaces of the reinforcements contacting the core, and cutting out circular holes on the extension units, thereby preventing thermal stress from separating the reinforcements from the core. Radiator reinforcements(20) have tensile units installed on various sections of the reinforcements. The tensile units are installed on surfaces of the reinforcements contacting a radiator core. Center sections of the tensile units are bent towards the inside. Circular holes are cut out on two side surfaces of the reinforcements. On two sides of the center sections, holes of predetermined lengths are formed a preset distance away from the two side surfaces of the reinforcements. Round extension units(21) of the two side surfaces adhere tightly to the radiator core. The reinforcements can be either a singular integrated unit or plural reinforcements serially coupled together.</p> |
