Various transparent series patterns having a biodegradable plastic source and a vessel having the same are provided to continuously carve patterns on a surface of a copper plate and press the copper plate by using hydraulic pressure or air pressure. A primary polishing roller(40) and a secondary polishing roller(42) are mounted before a cooling line. A carved pattern roller(50) is positioned under the second polishing roller through hydraulic pressure and air pressure. A fabric(32) is transmitted between the carved pattern roller and the second polishing roller so that patterns are formed on the fabric. The fabric having a pattern passes through a cooling roller(44). The fabric is cut with a desired width by a blade(46) mounted on an idle roller(62). The fabric is wounded around a fabric roller(36).
