PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate reselling of tickets recording physical feature quantities.

SOLUTION: A media terminal 1 reads a physical feature quantity and ticket information recorded on a ticket, and collates the read physical feature quantity with an operator's physical feature quantity extracted by the media terminal 1. If they match, the ticket information is sent to a ticket reselling server 2. The ticket reselling server 2 discloses the received information via a communication network 10 for the purpose of reselling. A person who desires to purchase the ticket operates the media terminal 1 to refer to the disclosed information and purchases the ticket. The media terminal 1 extracts a user's physical feature quantity, records the physical feature quantity on the ticket, and issues the ticket.
