<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarization light guide plate of which brightness characteristics are improved. <P>SOLUTION: The polarization light guide plate comprises a light source 110, a first layer 130 to guide light from the light source, a second layer 150 formed on the first layer and having first emitting units 153 repeatedly arrayed along a first direction going away from the light source, and a third layer 170 formed of an optical anisotropic material on the second layer, having a light-emitting face from which the light is emitted and in which on the light-emitting face, second emitting units 173 are formed which are repeatedly arrayed along a second direction perpendicular to the first direction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
