<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a white light emitting diode assuring higher light emitting efficiency and accurate coloring and also provide processes for manufacturing the structure. <P>SOLUTION: In the structure of white light emitting diode and manufacturing process of the same, at least a red fluorescent material is provided at the bottom layer of a blue light emitting chip and at least a green fluorescent material is provided to the upper part of periphery of the blue light emitting chip. When electrical power is supplied to the blue light emitting chip, the chip emits the assumed white light by respectively pumping the red fluorescent material at the bottom layer and the green fluorescent material at the upper part of the periphery. The white light wave blue light emitting chip is constituted by pumping the red fluorescent material and the green fluorescent material provided in different positions to attain higher light emitting efficiency and accurate coloring. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
