PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly specify a network apparatus designated on an application in an office environment where a plurality of network apparatuses are connected to a network.

SOLUTION: The terminal apparatus 10 for management includes: a communication part 15 for communicating through a network 30 with each network apparatus; a control part 11 for transmitting a light emission command through the network 30 to the object network apparatus whose installation place is specified, and making a light emitting part 27 of the object network apparatus emit the rays of light; a position detection part 16 configured of light emitting elements for receiving and detecting the rays of light emitted by the light emitting part 27 of the object network apparatus; and a position calculation function 111 for calculating the position information showing the installation place of the object network apparatus based on the detection output of the position detection part 16.
