PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching power supply circuit for reducing the number of components, a ripple component and a spike component included in a DC output voltage. SOLUTION: The switching power supply circuit comprises: switching elements Q1, Q2 half-bridge-connected for supplying AC power to a primary winding N1; a primary partial voltage resonance circuit formed by a leakage inductor L1 and a primary partial voltage resonance capacitor C1; a primary series resonance circuit formed by the leakage inductor L1 and a primary series resonance capacitor C5; a secondary series resonance circuit formed by a leakage inductor L2 and a secondary series resonance capacitor C3; and a secondary DC output voltage generating means having a diode Do, an inductor Lo and a secondary smoothing capacitor Co for converting AC power obtained in a secondary winding N2 and obtaining the output DC voltage Eo, and formed so as to drop a voltage generated in the secondary winding N2.
