PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that there is a case that a subjective color varies depending on a video image even when mathematically correct processing is performed when a digital video signal is re-sampled. SOLUTION: In this color signal processor 401, a color variation judgment device 201 judges whether or not an input signal satisfies a condition by which appears to vary by re-sampling from a color difference signal n of the digital video signal input in an input terminal 405 and a signal r re-sampled by a re-sampling means 407 to output a control signal o.
