PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote maintenance system capable of controlling a processing sequence corresponding to priorities about events that occurs in a plurality of terminals. SOLUTION: The remote maintenance system comprises: a control means for identifying an occurrence event that occurs in a terminal; a notification means for notifying apparatus information including information indicating the occurrence event identified by the control means through a first network; a determination means for determining a processing order of the occurrence event that occurs in the terminal on the basis of the apparatus information notified by the notification means; a storage means for recording an abnormality processing management table in which the apparatus information is registered on the basis of the processing order determined by the determination means; an acquisition means for acquiring particular apparatus information registered in the management table recorded in the storage means; and a telephone conversation means for performing telephone conversation with a terminal that has notified the particular apparatus information acquired by the acquisition means through a second network.
