PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor which suppresses the total amount of recording materials used, when an image is formed while suppressing deterioration of saturation of the image, and to provide a droplet discharge device and an image processing program. SOLUTION: Under color removal processing for replacing gray components constituted of overlapping of a C signal, an M signal and a Y signal with a K signal by pixel is performed on image information for expressing a color image with a C signal, an M signal, a Y signal and a K signal by an under color removal processing part 42, and the respective signal levels of the C signal, the M signal and the Y signal, obtained by the under color removal processing, are adjusted so as to be increased within a range that the sum with the signal level of the K signal, after the under color removal processing is performed becomes less than a predetermined upper limit value by a signal level adjusting part 44.
