PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stroller having excellent traveling stability when it is deployed, and capable of reducing the contour dimension when it is folded, and easily performing the folding operation. SOLUTION: A handle 20 is turned to a bracket 30 to fold a stroller 10 at least in one of the longitudinal direction and the vertical direction, and the stroller 10 can also be folded in the transverse direction by bending a rear stay 40. The stroller has a locking member 60 for fixing the handle to the bracket, and a rear stay locking member 70 for regulating the bend of the rear stay.
