PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a homogeneous gypsum mold with high strength for low-pressure casting, which is strong against thermal shock and does not cause any mold cracking. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method of the gypsum mold for the low-pressure casting, gypsum slurry 9 which is obtained by mixing a gypsum powder composed of a plurality of kinds of non-foamed aggregates having different grain size distribution in water and stirring the mixture is subjected to the mold flow forming, solidified and dried to manufacture a gypsum mold 20.
