WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment system and method which enable the generation of OH radicals without operations of hydrogen peroxide solution injection and ultraviolet irradiation to perform advanced oxidation treatment. SOLUTION: Water to be treated is introduced to water treatment equipment 1, and ozone is injected from an ozone injection system 2 into the introduced water to be treated to perform ozone treatment. Fine bubbles which disappear by self-pressurization to generate OH radicals are injected and mixed into the ozone-injected water to be treated in the water treatment equipment 1 from a fine bubble injection system 3 to perform the advanced oxidation treatment by the generated OH radicals.
