<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus, an image forming method, and a program which can increase the performing efficiency of a rasterizing process, and can increase the throughput. <P>SOLUTION: This image forming apparatus 1 is equipped with a RAM 120 and a CPU 100. In this case, the RAM 120 has a shared storage region 123 in which intermediate data and band bit map data are temporarily stored, and which includes a rasterizing band. The rasterizing band is used when the band bit map data is formed based on the intermediate data, and is temporarily stored. The CPU 100 judges whether there is the rasterizing band which can be used when the band bit map data is formed based on the intermediate data in the rasterizing band or not, and makes the rasterizing band expand in response to the judgement result. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
