<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce an internal pressure of a front unit by means of a narrow drain pipe which does not degrade mounting properties, without adding a new oil pump. <P>SOLUTION: The rear wheel drive vehicle includes an oil pump 8 on a front part of the vehicle and a transmission mechanism on a rear part of the vehicle. An output side of a torque converter 7 to a propeller shaft are connected. A spiral groove 16 proceeding to a tip end direction of an input shaft 13 while proceeding in a circumferential direction opposite to a rotation direction of the input shaft 13 is provided on an outer circumferential part of the input shaft 13 for rotating the oil pump 8. A drain passage 12 is arranged in a gap of the input shaft 13 and a housing 14 and in a periphery of a terminal of the spiral groove 16. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
