RECORDING METHOD AND RECORDING APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording apparatus capable of preferentially recording a region with a high preference by judging the preference of a division when a recordable region of a recording medium is smaller than recording data.

SOLUTION: The preference is set on every recording region of the whole image in one page, and when it is judged that the whole image is not settled in the recording medium from the preference of the recording region at least either of changing a recording position of a region with a high preference or changing a recording size of a region with a low preference is performed so that an image of the region with the high preference is not missing.
