<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a structure capable of suppressing gear rattling noise generated in a case where the rotational direction of an electric motor is changed while ensuring a backlash of a spline engagement part 19 between a spline shaft part 14 and a spline hole 13 to some degree so that assembly work can be easily performed. <P>SOLUTION: A preload applying member 20 made of an elastic material is installed between an inner circumferential surface of a spline hole 13 and an outer circumferential surface of a spline shaft part 14. The preload applying member 20 comprises an annular base part 21 fitted to and supported by a locking recessed groove 23 formed in the outer circumferential surface of the spline shaft part 14, and tongue pieces 22, 22 projected in the axial direction from the base part 21.
