<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroxyapatite-dispersed metal film formed by dispersing hydroxyapatite particles in a metal film such as titanium. <P>SOLUTION: This hydroxyapatite particle-dispersed metal film containing the metal film and the hydroxyapatite particles is a film having the metal film 2, and the hydroxyapatite particles 3 dispersed in the metal film 2; and is formed by mixing the hydroxyapatite particles with metal particles generated by heating a metal evaporation source under an inert gas atmosphere and turned into the metal film, jetting it out into a vacuum chamber on a gas current of supersonic free jet, and physically vapor-depositing it on the board disposed in the vacuum chamber. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
