<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove static electricity with which a user's body is charged as the user makes contact with a door handle. <P>SOLUTION: When the static electricity, with which a human body is charged, is grounded to the vehicle body via the door handle 1 with electrical conductivity by plating a surface, the static electricity of the human body flows into a static electricity removal circuit C1 which is interposed between the door handle 1 and the vehicle body. When the static electricity flows through the circuit C1, the voltage of the static electricity of the human body is slowly decreased up to an unfelt voltage by resistance 21 of a predetermined magnitude, which is distributed to the circuit C1.
