摘要 <p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation optimization method by which load distribution to each turbine is controlled so as to maximize power generation efficiency in a power generation plant comprising a plurality of turbines. <P>SOLUTION: In optimization control for obtaining the highest power generation efficiency while satisfying restricting conditions in a power generation plant, a step for obtaining an optimum solution from a model formula of the power generation plant is divided into two steps; a step in which Lipschitzian optimization algorithm is used and another step in which sequential and quadratic programming is used utilizing an initial solution obtained by the step.
