<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet capable of maintaining waterproof and dustproof, even if tensile tension is obliquely or horizontally applied to a wire harness. <P>SOLUTION: This grommet 1 has a conduit part 2 in which the wire harness W is inserted, a mounting part 3 formed in the direction of the periphery of the conduit part 2, and a stress absorbing portion 4 formed between the outer peripheral side of the conduit part 2 and the inner peripheral side of the mounting part 3.
