<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reforming device of a fuel cell system, and the fuel cell system including it. <P>SOLUTION: The reforming device of the fuel cell system includes a heat source part in which heat is generated through oxidation catalyst reaction of a fuel and an oxidizer, and a reforming reaction part in which hydrogen gas is generated from the fuel through reforming catalyst reaction. The oxidation catalyst contains solid acid containing strong acid ion and inorganic oxide, and platinum-based metal.
