PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an actuator latch system of a hard disk drive, and a hard disk drive in which reliability of the actuator for locking can be improved. SOLUTION: The actuator latch system includes a notch formed at end portion of a swing arm formed at one side of the actuator installed rotatably at a base member, and a latch lever installed rotatably at the base member, The latch lever has at least one main hook preventing first-order rotation in one direction of the swing arm by interfering to the notch of the swing arm first-order-rotating in one direction by impact, and a rebound hook preventing second-order rotation of the swing arm in one direction by interfering to the notch of the swing arm second-order-rotating in one direction by rebounding by impact of the notch and the at least one main hook.
