PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment and a display device that can improve the operability of temporary fastening and releasing thereof in the middle of conductors connected to conductor connection portions of a substrate mounted on a substrate support plate. SOLUTION: A plurality of substrates 22 and 23 which have conductor connection portions and are mounted with electronic components are fitted to the substrate support plate 3, which is provided with a plurality of locking holes 33 where a locking projection portion of a clamp 5 having a grip portion to grip the conductors 41, 42, and 43 at the midpoint connected to the conductor connection portions and the locking projection portion is to be locked so that it can be removed from the side opposite to the substrates 22 and 23.
