PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coffee dripper capable of compatibly attaining ideal steaming and a component extraction and of providing mild and relishable coffee in a paper drip method. SOLUTION: This coffee dripper 10 has a filter receiver 2 of circular-conical cylinder shape having a hole 5 in the bottom part 6, the surface of the filter receiver 2 is formed with a plurality of recessed grooves 3 radially extending upward from the bottom part 6 in a plan view, and the width of the recessed grooves 3 is gradually narrowed toward the direction of radially extending upward from the bottom part 6.
