PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively collect a large size of information by cooperating between a plurality of nodes. SOLUTION: In the information collection system, a selected node 55 which is a leaf in a tree structure out of a plurality of nodes, starts an information transmission processing to a node 11 which is a root, each node performs a transmission completion report to a parent node after completion of the information transmission processing, when it receives the transmission completion report from a child node, and performs transmission completion check of other children nodes, or when it receives a transmission instruction from the parent node, and performs transmission completion check of the child node, if there is other child node from which the transmission completion report is not received, it transmits the transmission instruction to the child node out of them, and if it receives the transmission completion reports from all child nodes, or if it is not connected to a child node, it performs the information transmission processing.
