PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a camera fixing device which makes no noise when a camera is fixed. SOLUTION: The camera fixing device comprises a male attachment 12 and a female attachment 14. The male attachment is provided with an engagement projection portion 15 and the female attachment is provided with an engagement recessed portion 16. The female attachment has a substrate 111 which freely slides in a direction crossing the entering direction of the engagement projection portion; a fixed pin 25 which is stood on the substrate and freely moves between a state wherein the fixed pin projects into the engagement recessed portion and a state wherein the fixed pin retracts from the engagement recessed portion as the substrate slides; a spring means 112 of energizing the fixed pin in a direction wherein the fixed pin projects into the engagement recessed portion; and a cut groove 15a which is formed in the engagement projection portion and where the fixed pin enters and exits.
