PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an eccentricity measuring instrument, which is improved in the precision of a hole drilled by a drill, compared with that in the prior art. SOLUTION: This eccentricity measuring instrument 10 has: an eccentricity measuring part 12 for measuring an eccentric amount of a master gage 11, based on an infrared ray 32a received via the master gage 11; a rotational frequency measuring part 13 for measuring a rotational frequency of the master gage 11, based on the infrared ray 32a received via the master gage 11; and a liquid crystal display 26 for displaying the eccentric amount and the rotational frequency of the master gage 11.
