PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for storing undyed specimens and dyed specimens in the same place. SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of the intervention plate, an acrylic board or a plastic board having thickness ranging from 1 mm to about 3 mm is cut into a rectangle, and an elliptic window is formed in it. In usage of the intervention plate, the intervention plate with a window and an undyed glass specimen are used in a pair and the intervention plates with a window and the undyed glass specimens are layered alternately while a plate having no window is set on the uppermost face. After layering alternately, one side face or two side faces of a block of the alternately layered intervention plates and undyed glass specimens are fixed by an adhesive tape such as an adhesive cellophane tape, and then, the block is wrapped with a sheet such as a cling film and stored in a specimen storage box. The undyed glass specimens and dyed specimens are stored in the same place, and specimens ranging from one to about ten in number can be stored in the minimum space. When the undyed specimen is necessary, the block of the layered undyed glass specimens is taken out from the specimen box and wrapping is removed, only the necessary number of undyed specimens are removed without any contact with a thin paraffin specimen surface, and the undyed specimens are separated individually.
