PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resolver hardly generating an error caused by the rotation of a motor used in a drive motor for a hybrid automobile. SOLUTION: A rotor rotary plate 15 and a stator plate 24 are opposed orthogonally to a motor shaft 11, an excitation coil pattern 20 and a detection pattern 19 are arranged opposedly to an opposed face thereof, and a pair of rotary transpatterns 21, 22 is arranged on the same face arranged with the excitation coil pattern 20 and the detection pattern 19 and in the vicinity of the motor shaft 11 nearer than the excitation coil pattern 20 and the detection pattern 19.
